Fitflop: Setting the Tone of Fitness and Health

We cannot deny the fact that Fitflop to date is the most sought after footwear. It has taken the market by storm with the swiftness and sureness of a true winner. It can be said that the secret to its success can be attributed not only to its relentless marketing strategies but more so to the innovative, breakthrough product behind its name. Many have claimed benefits from using Fitflop, as proven by its unprecedented 100,000 (and still counting) fan base mark in facebook alone. And this 2010, it continues to prove itself unstoppable, as it skyrockets to fame with the opening of its first concept store in SM MOA and the successive launch of an impressive Lifestyle Footwear Collection that boast of stylish designs and its trademark microwobbleboard technology. Fitflop’s fan page in facebook has already seen a steady influx of fan photos and testimonies eversince it was set up. Just about anybody would kill (figuratively speaking of course) for a pair, as evidence by the overwhelming response it usually gets everytime it posts promos and contest. And I am proud to admit that I am one of those, as I myself can personally attest to its greatness, having benefitted much from its microwobbleboard technology. It is no secret that I have been struggling with scoliosis for quite a number of years now (see my related post Dealing with Scoliosis and Managing Scoliosis Through Exercise). For the longest time, I had been in search of that perfect footwear that will help reduce back stress and give strength to my lower extremity muscles. As we all know, these muscles are important to people with scoliosis like me (even for the ones who don’t have actually) for they provide utmost strength and support to our lower back, hips and legs, our body parts that are prone to pain and misalignment. It is necessary that these are well-toned at all times, with strong muscles developing at just the right places. I have found that perfect footwear in Fitflop. It’s innovative engineering design has made my bottom, hamstrings and leg muscles exactly that—firm, strong and well-toned. It truly lives up to its tag, shoe with a gym built-in.

my well-toned thigh, leg and rear end- much thanks to Fitflop.:)

Recently the launch of its utra-chic, thigh-toning, foot-flexing, bottom-benefitting, Fitflop Supertone, the current “sneaker of the hour” was waited upon with great anticipation. It had fitness fanatics scrambling to get their hands full of this latest genius. This new muscle-toning sneaker is a product of more than a year of intensive technology and design research. Fitflop was able to seamlessly merged the brand’s microwobbleboard technology and the wearability of a classic sneaker. A mean feat actually if you think about it. This new energizing, shock absorbing footwear can be considered a heavensent for it would allow people especially those with certain conditions like scoliosis to get a regular workout, one of the fitness activities that usually gets compromised . The toning sole, which by the way is cleverly hidden, is bio-mechanically designed to absorb the shock of a brisk walk/run in just the right way, thereby giving only the gentlest of pressure to the spine as it tones and strengthens the leg, thigh and hip muscles.
FF Supertone-the current "to die for" sneakers.:)

It is not everyday that we come across a perfect footwear that would take care of our needs. I guess that is why people buy Fitflop in a heartbeat. Some even boast of a collection. The way Fiflop has managed to encourage people to give paramount importance to their fitness and health is also something quite admirable. The overwhelming support it receives as it continues its fight against counterfeit products is a living proof to this. They were able to make people become fully aware of the dangers that using this kind of products bring. Our future well being does look very promising indeed as Fitflop continues to set the tone of Fitness and Health in our country.

Managing (Dextro)Scoliosis Through Exercise

I have been receiving a lot of inquiries from visitors of my previous blogs, Dealing with Dextroscoliosis and Struggling with Dextrolscoliosis, about the type of exercises that I have been doing to manage my scoliosis. Here are some of the exercises that I do and think would be safe for all kinds of scoliosis:

you can do this 10 counts, in 5 repetitions

tuck your tummy in, hold for about 15 counts then release (repeat)

strengthens the hamstrings of the legs

I do these kneeling down, going to the direction opposite my curvature

These exercises generally are geared toward stretching and strengthening abdominal, hamstrings and back muscles which are important in avoiding back pains. For exercises that would target your specific needs, it is best to consult a Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation doctor.

Badian Island Resort and Spa

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary a month ahead of our actual 10th year in this little island paradise in Cebu. This place is just perfect for that second honeymoon that we’ve been dreaming of having. It was made possible by Cebu Pacific, who held a contest a couple of months, from which I emerge as one of the winners.

as we were approaching the island

Badian Island Resort and Spa is part of the rural town of Badian which is situated southwest of Cebu. It is a good 2.5 hours travel by land from Cebu International Airport and 5 minute boat ride from the drop off point. At the onset, I was a bit apprehensive about travelling that long since it was our first time in Cebu and we really don’t know much of the place, but all my worries flew out the window when we started passing by quaint rural towns that I used to hear only in the news like Baliri and Carcar. I happily took in the sights like a little girl out on her first ride.
our welcome party

Badian Island Resort and Spa is, what can I say, simply breathtaking. It is like nature’s perfect canvass where the elements of sun, sand and sea clearly mixed very well together. It is postcard perfect, weather and all.

We stayed in this beautiful island resort for three days where we were cocooned in one of their pool villas, which is spacious, warm and cozy. I liked the thoughtful way they left tropical flowers everywhere, giving the whole room that intimate “Aloha” feel.

I super loved our room which has its own mini-infinity pool with the perfect view of the landscape at the deck area. I also enjoyed taking endless showers (with hubby*wink*) in this sun bathroom.

We stayed out during most of the days though, dipping in the pool, frolicking in the sun, and swimming in the beach.

On our first night, the resort hosted a “South Sea Evening” dinner where we were entertained by the island’s resident crooner and booty dancers. We wined, dined and danced the night away. It was truly an enjoyable night.

On our second day on the island, we hopped on the boat and proceeded to the Coral Garden on the opposite side of the island, where we did some serious snorkeling since this is the best site in the whole island for that. There was indeed an amazing garden full of the most beautiful and colorful corals that I have ever seen in my whole life in there. They are even better than the corals of Palawan. Some are as huge if not bigger than me. We also had the most romantic lunch by the sea courtesy of the resort.

Back in the resort, we also tried the spa in their Natural Thalasso and Spa. I had the Baidan Island Spa and my hubby opted for the Badian Hilot. It was heavenly, we were treated by expert hands indeed.

We super loved our stay in this beautiful island. We had the most romantic time. It truly is the perfect getaway for honeymooners and for those married couples renewing their vows. The place really grows on you. I was teary-eyed when the whole staff serenaded us with their send off song as we were leaving the island. It was a memorable three days for me, something that my husband and I would always look back to when the going gets really tough and we need to hold on to some happy memories to keep us moving.:)

My 14 Day Commitment to Pantene

I used to have what you would call long black gloriously beautiful hair back in the old days. Old days being that period between high school and college where all I cared about was how I look. I remember during high school, my bestfriend and I became popular in school because of our hair, they often commented on how thick, straight and black they were that up to this day, I still carry this illusion that a lot of girls envied us for that back then.

here's an old picture of myself with long black hair

But then you know, somewhere along married life, motherhood and different career shifts, I eventually lost the youth and out went with it, my gloriously beautiful black hair. Days spent in the salon to have regular hot oil treatments were replaced by much more pressing matters such as managing a household and taking care of my kid. Money set aside for prettifying which includes budget for the best hair care products went instead to my little’s girls immediate needs such as ultra mild and not to mention ultra-expensive skin care products for her sensitive skin as a result of asthma. Eventually, for practical reasons, I made that decision to cut my hair short.
A couple of months back though my little girl started obsessing about her hair. After seeing an old picture of myself with my hair long, she immediately decided to grow hers too. Having been there and having done that, I just had to help her achieve her goal. I also remembered that not too long ago, I promised myself that someday I would regain that old “crowning” glory back, and it did feel like the right time has finally come. Thus us our search for that perfect hair care product that would give us exactly that. We literally tried everything together, almost all the products that promise glossy shine, less tangles, no split ends, the works. But then, nothing really came close. Until we took the challenge and did our own 14 Day Commitment to Pantene. Since I had been abusing my hair for quite sometime now and evidences of such abuse are showing (brittle and split ends hair as well as dulllness and dryness), I chose Pantene Total Care for us to use. I figured before you can actually achieve that naturally glossy and shiny hair, you need to have a healthy scalp and hair strands first. And after 14 days (even less) of continued use, I am happy to share that our hair has grown much healthier. It really does provide a healthy foundation for the hair, keeping it moisturized all throughout the day thereby protecting it from dullness, dryness, roughness, brittleness and tangles.
Pantene Total Care, the same product that my daughter and I now use

I had the chance to really put Pantene Total Care to the test when my husband and I went to Cebu for our well deserved vacation together two weeks ago. I used to hate how plane rides can leave my hair so dry and brittle, but then since I was on Pantene already during our flight, I never felt more beautiful coming out from the airplane. My hair for the first time survived the flight.
after the plane ride that usually leave my hair dull and dry. First time that my hair did not experience those problems, thanks to Pantene Total Care

We stayed in an island resort and spent three days frolicking in the sea and basking under the sun’s spotlight. I am glad to share that Pantene Total Care did not fail me. Despite long periods of swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing, my hair, thanks to Pantene, still remained tangle free and full of life. Even during dinner at night, where I expected it to fall lifeless on my shoulder after long periods spent outdoors, it remained lush and full. And during the boat rides where I expected my hair to feel rough and brittle, it remained soft to touch. Pantene Total Care really really does magic for your hair.
too much sun, sand and sea they say is bad for your hair. Well, not when you're on Pantene!=)

they say, salt water is good for your skin but not for your hair. It can leave your hair dull, dry and lifeless. I say, not when you're on Pantene!=)

they say that swimming can leave your hair vulnerable and prone to split ends. Definitely not, when you're on Pantene.=)

Just before we left the island, with my hair still managing to stay healthy and strong (even right up to this time) despite the rigorous exposure to sun, sand and sea. Many thanks, Pantene Total Care!=)

Now I really don’t have any excuse not to have long healthy hair again, what with Pantene providing a complete line of breakthrough hair care products at a reasonable cost. It looks like I really would be getting back that old “crowning glory” with Pantene Total Care in no time at all.

Sulit.com.ph: At the Forefront of Online Shopping Revolution

Eversince the dawn of cyber age, our life has never been the same again. The world has become smaller, so much so that it can actually fit right inside our computer monitor. Everything can be had in an instant. Valued information and fast track services are now just a click away in the internet. One aspect of our lifestyle that clearly underwent a total make over is shopping. Virtual sites offering hassle free transactions right at the comforts of our own home, at our own convenience, continue to emerge like mushrooms after the rain.
When the caravan of online shopping sites took the market by storm, I readily jumped in and joined the bandwagon. In no time at all, I had perfected the art of hitting the buy icon and filling out those clever order forms. And as if the lure of shopping online wasn’t enough, I also started posting items to sell in some shopping websites. But then, as much as I would like to paint a very nice picture of a successful online selling and shopping experience, I have to admit that in the end the setbacks far outweighed the benefits for me. One thing I learned about online shopping and selling is that the risks of getting used and abused in this kind of business are way too high. I had my share of bogus buyers and low quality items (that are far from the pictures posted online) from different sellers arriving at my doorstep at certain points that eventually, I decided not have anything to do anymore with online selling and buying.
A couple of months back though, my friends and relatives introduced me to Sulit.com, where they have already started selling and advertising their businesses. I have to admit that my “bitter” experiences in other online sites offering the same kind of services has made me reluctant to enter the wonderful world of Sulit.com at the onset. I was determined to observe the movements and learn more about the site first before I let myself be lured again. As luck would have it, I came across people who were more than willing to share their wonderful stories about their successful purchases in Sulit.com of items as small as books to items as big as cars and lots. These people, aside from my family and friends, all attested to the fact that Sulit.com is indeed “sulit na sulit” meaning, no money, time and energy are wasted here, the kind of investments that we really can’t afford to throw away.
I am now sold to the idea of online shopping and selling again, thanks to Sulit.com and to all those great testimonies. In fact I had already started purchasing items aand scouring Sulit for best deals. In the coming months I will also be posting items to sell, hopefully jumpstarting my Sulit career as an online seller. What I learned about Sulit that also helped paved the way for my comeback in this kind of business is this:
It is place that breeds honesty and trust among online sellers and shoppers what with its strict security features and measures that are clearly in place. It provides many great opportunities for people who does not have the adequate means and know how to jumpstart their businesses but has the determination and heart to succeed in their crafts and fields. It encourages people to exercise their freedom of choice and buying power to the limit, therefore pushing sellers to supply only high quality items at the best price possible, resulting in a best deal. It continues to stand out from among the rest for it constantly strive to evolve and improve itself so it can deliver only the best possible service to both its sellers and buyers. And the most importantly, it has the true marks of a Pinoy, always at the forefront of change and giving you the kind of service that is more than, much more than, your money’s worth.

Wandering Juan Travel Blog Contest

My blog, Palawan: A Place Like No Other, was chosen as the Best Travel with A Cause Blog in the recently concluded Wandering Juan Travel Blog Contest given by Cebu Pacific.

Cebu Pacific invited professional and amateur travel bloggers last June to share their insightful writings, travel tips and beautiful visuals to the Wandering Juan Travel Blog Contest in the hope of inspiring readers to join the “go-out, travel and explore” bandwagon. About a hundred or so bloggers participated proving to many that the travel bug has indeed bitten a lot of people. Out of these entries, 3 lucky bloggers took home the major awards and prizes: Mr. Angel Juarez for Adventure and Sports category, Mr. Estan Cabigas for Culture and Heritage category and Mr. Marcos Caratao for Leisure and Relaxation category. I bagged one of the minor awards, Best Travel With a Cause Blog (but the prize is anything but minor, it was major major indeed, so you can just imagine the prizes that winners of the major awards took home) together with Ms. Ada Lajara who won the Best Travel Blog Photography.
In behalf of the winners (I will take the liberty, just like what the others did in their respective blogs*wink*), I would like to thank Wandering Juan Travel Blog Contest team and Cebu Pacific for choosing us as winners. I am looking forward to my second honeymoon and trying out that Green Fun Tours package in one of your top resorts destination in Cebu. More power again, Cebu Pacific! and Kudos to us winners!=)

My Top Ten Emerging Influential Blogs

The Top Ten Emerging Influential Blogs , now on its 4th year, is a writing project spearheaded by Janette Toral that aims to identify new and emerging blogs who are making an impact to its readers this 2010. For a blog to be nominated, it should have started anytime between March 2009 to the present.
I have been orbiting in this blog “universe” both as a blogger and as a follower (of other blogs) for quite sometime already. Recently, I discovered a lot of interesting sites that have created quite a stir based on the numbers of their faithful followers. They are young, fresh and hip and worthy to be called emerging influential blogs. They have made it to my list as well. Here they are:
Reluctant Stylista I enjoy reading her product reviews, fashion and styling tips. I also like her no fuss, no frills kind of writing.
Christian Homeschooler I have always admired parents who bravely took that great leap of homeschooling their children. Motherhood and teaching have a lot of similarities but they usually are incidental to each other, that is why there are a lot to be said about those moms who homeschool their child/ren. I’ve been learning lot from Jen as she chronicles her homeshooling journey with her son.
Gadgets and Tech I am not a techie/gadget person that is why this blog is of great help especially if I want to know the latest products or features of the gadget that I have in mind.
Fat Girl No More Her mantra “saying goodbye to obesity one step at a time” caught my attention as I have been struggling with some weight problem myself for over a year now. I’ve picked a lot of health and fashion tips from her blog that has helped me in my own weightloss/pretiffying project.:)
Feeling Photographer I am a frustrated photographer that is why I truly admire persons who have that eye for photography. The pictures in this blog speak for themselves.
nomnomclub I usually check out this site for some gastronomical feast for the eyes and some honest to goodness food/resto reviews.:)
yesnomeh A good “Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus” type of blog. A “He says, She says” corner of just about anything and everything under the sun.
Liboreto I love to travel but I don’t have the funds nor the budget to do that often that is why I just make do with reading nice travel blogs such as this one. This blog has that WOW Philippines vibe into it.
When In Manila Another travel blog that I like to read. It has the juciest travel features and tips.
Quirky Old Me This is the other blog that I am starting. It hasn’t gain that much followers nor have I written a lot of entries there yet but just the same, I want to plug it in here because who knows, maybe in a few months time it would gain as much following as this blogsite. Indulge me.:)
This year’s Top Ten Emerging Influential Bloggers 2010 writing project would not be possible without the help of Events and Corporate Video, Budget Hotel in Makati, Pinoy Party Food, Copyediting Services, PR Agency Philippines, Budget Travel Philippines, Send Gifts to the Philippines,Black Friday Deals, Roomrent – units for rent, Search Profile Index, and Corporate Events Organizer.

Eat Pray Love

I love words. Happiness for me is reading a well-written piece such as Eat Pray Love. At the onset, I wanted to write a review of the book but scrap the idea as I was starting this entry. I believe that any review that I will write will not in any way give justice to this book’s being. You have to read it and get totally immerse into it to actually understand the message that this writer wants to come across. To me every tale rings with truth just because it happened to her, as the cliche goes, she’s been there and done that. It is written simply and sincerely as any woman would want her story to be told.
I am still in Book Two (India) and I am lovingly savoring each page and in no way in a hurry to reach the last and final chapter. Elizabeth Gilbert took me for a ride and I am not ready to get off just yet. I am still enjoying the experiences through her words and through her eyes. I have this little black book where I write down lines, passages, and quotes that inspire me or struck a chord inside me. From this book alone, I’ve written quite a lot. That’s what I would like to share here. May you be inspired by them as I am. May it touch your being, the way it has touched mine…
To find the balance you want, this is what you must become. You must keep your feet grounded firmly on the earth that it’s like you have four legs, instead of two. That way, you can stay in the world. But you must stop looking at the world through your head. You must look through your heart instead. That way, you will know God.
From the center of my life came a great fountain
Never forget that once upon a time, in an unguarded moment, you recognize yourself as a friend.
the beauty of doing nothing
the art of making something out of nothing
Let’s cross over
yesterday I might have been a glorious monument to somebody, true enough- but tomorrow I could be a fireworks depository
Even in the Eternal City says the silent Augusteum, one must always be prepared for rioutous and endless waves of transformation
I honor the divinity that resides within me (Om Namah Shivaya)
Our whole business in this life is to restore to health the eye of the heart whereby God may be seen
If you yearn sincerely enough for a Guru, you will find one. The universe will shift, destiny’s molecule will get themselves organized and your path will soon intersect with the path of the master you need.
Take seroiously. Make punctual. Be cool and easy. Remember, everything you do, you do for God. And everything God does, He does for you.
Prayer is the act of talking to God, while meditation is the act of listening to Him.
You are what you think you are. Your emotions are the slaves to your thoughts and you are the slaves of your emotions.
There is a reason why they call God a presence-because God is right here, right now. In the present is the only place to find Him, and now is the only time.
At some point you gotta let go and sit still and allow contentment to come to you.
Look for God like a man with his head on fire looks for water.
A true soulmate is a mirror, the person who shows you everything that’s holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life. A true soul mate is probably the most important person you’ll ever meet, because they tear down your walls and smack you awake. Soul mates, they come into your life to reveal another layer of yourself to you, and then they leave. And thank God for it.

Prayer is a relationship: half the job is mine. Half the benefit of prayer is in the asking itself, in the offering of a clearly posed and well considered intention.
Destiny is a play between divine grace and willful effort. Half of it you have no control over; half of it is absolutely in your hands, and your actions will show measurable consequences. Man is neither entirely the puppet of Gods, nor is he entirely the captain of his own destiny; he’s a little of both. We gallop through our lives like circus performers balancing on two horses, speeding side by side–one foot is on the horse called “fate”, the other one on the horse called “free will”.
When karma of a relationship is done, only love remains. It’s safe. Let go.
When the past has passed from you at last, let go. Then climb down and begin the rest of your life. With great joy.
God dwells within you as you yourself, exactly the way you are.
You may return here once you have fully come to understand that you are always here.
The hub of calmness–that’s your heart. That’s where God lives within you. So stop looking for answers in the world. Just keep coming back to that center and you’ll always find peace.
Happiness is a consequence of personal effort. You fight for it, strive for it, insist upon it, and sometimes you must even travel around the world looking for it. You have to participate relentlessly in the manifestations of your own blessings. And once you have achieved a state of happiness, you must never become lax about maintaining it, you must make a mighty effort to keep swimming upward into that happiness forever, to stay afloat on top of it.
God long ago drew a circle in the sand exactly around the spot where you are standing right now.
To lose balance sometimes for love is part of living a balanced life.
All the pain of a human life is caused by words, as is all the joy. We create words to achieve our experience and those words bring attendant emotions that jerk us around like dogs on a leash. We get seduced by our own mantras.
In the end, though, maybe we must all give up trying to pay back the people in this world who sustain our lives. In the end, maybe it’s wiser to surrender before the miraculous scope of human generosity and to just keep saying thank you , forever and sincerely, for as long as we have voices.

P.S. I am finally done with the book. Thank you for the ride Liz. It was great travelling with you. Now, I better get on with my own journey.:)

32 and Loving It

Today, I turned 32. I believe I am neither young nor old. I am in that comfortable spot called “in between”:) That only means there are still a lot of things that I can get away with (like maybe wearing my comfortable mini skirts?hehe) without getting snickers and jeers from the younger set or the censure of the much older ones. It also means that I still have more chances to follow my dreams and much more opportunities to make the grand plans in my head happen.

This is the first time that I don’t have anything profound to say on my birthday. Usually I become philosophical and all. I guess, there’s really nothing much left to say but “Thank you” to God for never failing to bring a smile of wonder and delight on my face everyday. He always surprises me with abundant blessings wrapped in love, miracles that come in big and small packages, and angels in disguise.
I will be forever grateful to Him for giving me my…
Family. They have given me a sense of purpose. It is because of them that I feel like a superwoman, ready to take on whatever life throws my way. It is for them that I strive to be the best daughter, sister, cousin, wife and mom.
In-laws. They make me experience what it’s like to belong to a big family. They taught me what true family bonding is all about and how families should look after each other.
Girlfriends. They are there whenever, wherever and whatever. They know me well enough to anticipate my next move and the crazy things that are on my mind. I just cannot escape their knowing eyes.:) It is with them that I share some of those great heart-warming, gut-wrenching talks and those crazy belly laughs.:)
Students. They make me feel that I am finally doing something great. I grow ten feet tall everytime I receive letters and drawing that they lovingly scribbled for me. My heart does a small dance everytime they surprise me with their sweet bear hugs.
Colleagues. It is because of them that I know in my heart that I am exactly where I am supposed to be right now. They have taught me how it is to be a true professional without losing that “human touch.”
Parents of my mentees. They have given this wonderful gift called trust. They have wholeheartedly shared their daughters with me and for that, I feel humbled.
Strangers who prove to be Good Samaritans. Their random acts of kindness reminds me to make a conscious effort to see the good in every person that I meet and to spread kindness all around.
These wonderful people I am blessed with, they make my life complete. They beat all the expensive gifts I can ever imagine receiving on this special day. They give my life so much meaning and make my soul so rich with love. At this point I can truly say, I could not ask for anything more.:)

Cats In Manila!

I have always been fascinated with theater. I get the Ohhhs and Ahhhhs whenever I watch a live musical. In fact, when I was a child, I once dreamed of acting in theater, never mind if I don’t know how to dance and can’t even carry a tune.
Last summer, my sister’s friend treated us to a live broadway musical at posh Esplanade in Singapore. We watched Chicago The Musical which was having its limited season run that time. I was in awe and just let the great great show weave its magic on me. It left a great impression that I was singing All The Jazz in my head for like days and kept on replaying scenes from the play.:)

Esplanade Singapore

after the show

And now, here comes a treat too good to pass up. Cats will definitely be here in Manila! Nope, not another one of those furry felines, but CATS Now and Forever, the hit stage musical. It is based on “Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats” by T.S. Eliot, with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber. It stars none other than our very own, Ms. Lea Salonga, as Grizabella! I am getting excited just by the mere thought of it. The last time I watched Lea Salonga was when she did the stage musical, Cinderella, a couple of years back. I am pretty sure she will give another superb performance (which is her trademark) once again here in Cats. A good enough reason to watch it.

It will have its run starting July 24 for a strictly limited season at Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo, CCP. Tickets are priced as follows: Matinee- Sat 3pm and Sun. 2:30 pm. (Php 7,000, 5,000, 3,500, 2000 and 1000), Evenings– TWTh 8 pm (6,000, 4,500, 3,000, 1,500, 750) and Friday and Sat. 8 pm (7,000, 5,000, 3,500, 2,000, 1000).
So let’s go buy our tickets now, this great treat only happens once in a blue moon, let’s allow ourselves to be dazzled. For more of Cats in Manila, log on to their facebook page Cats In Manila.
