World Education Exhibition 2013

I have been teaching in an exclusive private school for girls for the past 8 years now, and I have witnessed countless time how our students would aim and work hard to make it big on top universities abroad. Having the financial means and capacity to turn this dream into a reality, their parents don’t think twice in sending them abroad in the hope that this will pave the way for a bright future for them.

I mean who wouldn’t wish that for their children right.  I dream of the same thing for my daughter.  And I am sure most of  you are too.  So in case you are wondering how to go about the process of choosing the right school and the right course abroad for your children, IDP Philippines can help you on that.  Since 1984, IDP Philippines has been the trusted name for students looking for education overseas.  It is an accredited IELTS test provider and has been the leading test centre in the Philippines for the past 20 years.

Just in case your wondering, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) which is made up of  four parts — Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing – determines the applicant’s level of English proficiency and is one of  the important requirements of colleges and universities abroad, particularly those in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada and the US.  Aside from  the IELTS, IDP  has also been providing counselling sessions and knowledge-based program where they match students with the right courses and institutions.

Since its establishment in Manila in 1985 up to the present, it has been sending thousands of students abroad.  It even opened an office in CEBU in 2008 to support the growing market in the Visayas and Mindanao.

As IDP continues to  bring students closer to their dream of studying abroad in an easy and organized manner, it is set to hold another World Education Exhibition on Nov. 16, at the Marriott Hotel in Cebu and Nov. 17-18 at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Manila. The event offers free admission, free seminar and free consultation to participants of the event.

For parents who wish to send their children abroad, this is a good opportunity for you to scout for schools for your children and study the best they have to offer. The representatives of  different Universities from countries like New Zealand, Australia and Canada will be at the expo to talk about their learning institutions and curriculum offerings.
